Drumming and Sound Circle
Rev. Pamela Nowell Drumming and Sound Circle invites you to be drawn into your own unique rhythm. We will explore how to hear our inner beat and bring that into the circle to create together a new and miraculous rhythm with those in the circle. This drumming and sound circle is an opportunity for all people. No drumming or music experience is needed or necessary. My objective is to bring folks together in a circle in order to create and blend our individual unique rhythms into a cohesive experience both meditative and enlivening. Prerequisite: Your creativity and courage.
What you will need: It is helpful if you have a drum. I have a few that can be shared on a first come first serve basis. Any rhythm instruments are wonderful. Dates: February 10 then the second Monday of the month. Number of Participants: Min 2/Max 12 Day/Time: Second Monday/ 6:00-8:00 Tuition: on a donation basis with a suggestion of $15 per circle |
