Prerequisites: A safe and comfortable place to lie down, or a chair that is supportive. Eye pillows are helpful. Quiet space is best.
Who will this program benefit?: Everyone can benefit from Yoga Nidra. There is no way to do it wrong and each individual will find that moment of peace.
Yoga Nidra is also a great aid for those who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression. These take a toll on our emotional, mental, physical, psychological, spiritual being. Take this time on Mondays to reset and rekindle your spirit.
