Tranquility Yoga Nidra
Tranquility. You only need to lay down or sit, in stillness. No movement is required and it is not possible to do this "wrong". I will be your guide, as you allow your "monkey mind" to go have a seat in the corner. Once physically in a comfortable position I will guide you to an seed of intention/sankalpa, then travel through your physical body, move to a unaltered breath awareness, continue onto your emotions. Witness an inner journey before we finish.
Truly a unique and blessed way to find your inner compass of peace.
While this is a group endeavor I do also offer private sessions that address more personal issues to aid in healing individuals.
Program Objectives and Outcomes: The goal is absolute peace and tranquility. You will become a rekindled spirit, rested, energized and serene.
Prerequisites/ Suggestions: Quiet space, no distractions, blanket, eye pillow, small FLAT pillow for head, something for under the knees.
Who will this program benefit?: All who are distressed, stressed, anxious, feeling less that wonderful, pained, having difficulty in quieting your mind will benefit. Yoga Nidra is a proven method to aid in lowering blood pressure, stabilizing blood sugar, and helping anxiety relief.

Cost: $130 for 10-week session; or $15 to drop in on an individual class.
