Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Workshops

Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that systematically guides and relaxes you at every level of being including your physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual layers (called five koshas). Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music and nature imagery, Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer of being without needing to change or fix anything. This is true meditation where there is nothing to do but to 'notice' - supporting you in feeling empowered and whole just as you are. This contemporary practice is based on ancient yogic wisdom and meditation to make a powerful tool for modern-day life.
No prior experience is necessary for any portion of this workshop.

My first experience with Yoga Nidra was during my yoga teacher training in 2011, I have been teaching it since. Last year the universe heard my prayers so that I was able to take the Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra TT with Jennifer Reis, right here in NH. Now as a Certified Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra Teacher I am so happy to offer this program to all who are curious about this exceptional deep meditation practice.
