Members may also vote by printing this official notice, choosing their options by checking the appropriate boxes, printing their name, signing and dating the form, and returning it to the Tree of Life office at 263 Union Square, Suite 1, Milford, NH 03055. All mailed votes must be postmarked no later than June 30, 2020. Mail is being forwarded to our admin, Karen Manchester, while we are in transition.
