Winter is a natural ancient time to turn into ourselves and review the past year and consider our new year coming. January seems a perfect time to get started on the upcoming season: spring!
Yoga Nidra is the most exquisite way to attain that state of bliss that is our birthright. Being guided through the koshas, sankalpa, pranayama, eight stages to complete and utter bliss. Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is used in hospitals, recovery centers to help alleviate stress, PTSD, insomnia, anxiety.
You do not need any special tools. You may sit or lie down. If you choose to lie down please bring anything you need to remain comfortable such as blankets/small pillow.
This is the season of turning into ourselves to renew, refresh, rekindle our spirit. Please join me and let's get started!
