Our greatest challenges provide the opportunity for our greatest growth and transformation. My spiritual journey has included Reiki, yoga, and meditation practice. True Joy can only be experienced when we are able to fully embrace all of our sorrow. I feel blessed to be able to help provide a road map to others, to navigate the difficulties and obstacles, only to find that everything we need is always within us. MY PERSONAL STATEMENT There is a knowing within all of us, not to be questioned or judged by others. True freedom comes as a result of listening to and honoring that knowing, hearing and trusting our inner voice. Through years of commitment to a journey of self exploration, reflection, and spiritual discipline, I have come to know and trust myself. From the darkest of the dark to the lightest of the light, I have cultivated the courage and faith that gives me the strength to hold a space for all of life’s experiences. It is my greatest blessing to share my experience with others, and to offer support so that we are all able to find our way to our Inner Light. |
