Second Saturday
Deep Gong Immersion
with Rev. Linda Goodman
Step into a deeply restorative experience of sound, stillness, and inner connection.
Gongs have been used for healing, relaxation, and spiritual connection for thousands of years, with origins dating back as far as 16,000 B.C. In this immersive gong bath, you are invited to simply lie back and allow the rich, resonant tones of the gong to wash over you.
These powerful vibrations can gently guide you into theta and delta brainwave states—those associated with deep meditation and profound rest. Within this space, participants may experience emotional release, receive inner guidance, and access healing on a subtle, vibrational level.
We welcome you into this altered and sacred state of awareness.
