We walk upon this earth each day. Yet many don't know that the spirits of plants are all around us. Listening, feeling, offering healing. Today I will introduce you to a few that are native to our New Hampshire area that you can communicate with. How to honor our flora family and receive gifts of healing from them. Ahimsa, do no harm.
