Dancing the Sacred Journey
In this class you'll be introduced to dance-movement as a spiritual practice used in conjunction with guided meditation and visualization experiences. Classes are built around spiritual themes and various types of dance-movement modalities will be explored. Come! Let's be Lovers in the Trilogy of Love: step together into the Love to join with our Beloved and create conditions for mystical unity with the One. Ahhhhhhh:)!

Required/Suggested Reading: No reading required though Walking in the Light by Sandra Ingerman might be helpful for the guided meditations. A listing of dance resources will be provided with course materials.

About Rev. Dr. Stephanie Rutt: Rev. Rutt has spent many years teaching Mantra Prayer, Sacred Dance and Shamanic Journeying and has written two books on the subject of mantra.
Rev. Dr. Stephanie Rutt is Founding Minister of the Tree of Life Interfaith Temple and Seminary. She holds a D.MIn. from Andover Newton Theological School, now Andover Newton Seminary at Yale. Rev. Stephanie has created many spiritual studies classes for the community over the years. She is, first and foremost, a lover of God.
