Tuesday, June 17th | Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

The universal and timeless ancient system of medicine of Ayurveda emphasizes the

importance of aligning our lifestyles with the changing seasons.

2. An Ayurvedic Approach: How Your Digestion Affects Your Health

Tuesday, July 1st | Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

In Ayurveda, digestion is considered a cornerstone of overall health. It is not just

about breaking down food; it involves how well your body absorbs nutrients and

eliminates waste. When digestion is functioning optimally, it supports physical

health, emotional balance, and mental clarity.

3. Ayurvedic Travel Tips | Tuesday, July 15th | Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Whether you travel by air, land, or visit loved ones for the weekend, Vata dosha will

always be affected, even if it’s Summer, where Pitta’s qualities are more present.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, staying grounded, nourished, and

aligned with your natural rhythms is important.

4. Ayurveda Food Incompatibilities and Clogging Foods | Tuesday, July

29th | Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

The ancient Ayurvedic scriptures mention 18 categories of "Food Incompatabilities".

In Ayurveda, harmonizing food combinations is essential for maintaining body and spirit 

wellness.  Certain incompatible food pairings can disrupt digestion, leading to

discomfort and imbalances.

5. Ayurvedic Meal Prepping | Tuesday, August 12th | Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Ayurvedic meal prepping involves preparing meals in a way that aligns with

Ayurvedic principles. This practice focuses on balancing the body's energies, known

as the 3 doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, through mindful food choices and

preparation methods. 

6. Embrace the New Season with Ayurveda

Tuesday, August 26th | Time: 6:30 - 8:00 pm

As a holistic preventive science, Ayurveda invites us to welcome each season with

thoughtful preparation, beginning its practices before the season arrives. 

Tuition:  $25 Single Class or $105 Series of 6 Classes

Location:  Zoom
