Bridging the Divide; Buddhist Monks Walk For Peace

This week we will draw our inspiration from the 19 Buddhist monks and a once-stray dog who set out on a Walk for Peace. Not simply a mindful walking meditation, the monks set off on a prayerful 2,300-mile journey from Texas to Washington, D.C. They will have reached their destination by February 11th having passed through the blessings and tears of innumerable American hearts along the way. Unified through the vibrational solidarity of their intention let us honor their spiritual path as we recognize our own inner path to Peace. “May Loving Kindness soften our responses and warm our connections." ~ Venerable Bhikkhu Pannakara
