What:  A book discussion forming around Andrew Harvey and Carolyn Baker's Radical Regeneration: Birthing the New Human in the Age of Extinction.
    
In Radical Regeneration, Harvey and Baker marry mysticism and quantum physics to juxtapose two things: the crisis of climate change and a cosmic call for humanity to engage an archetypal rite of passage toward its inherent divinity. The authors’ voices are articulate and full with heart, spirit, intellect, and expansive creativity. Their writing opens a veil to an astounding new look at this moment in time and its call to sacred activism.

Cost: A donation to the Tree of Life Interfaith Temple is requested to offset costs of hosting the program.

About the presenter: Gail Barrows is a Tree of Life seminarian looking forward to graduation and ordination soon. Her spiritual journey has included being lost, being found, divinity studies, interfaith spiritual direction studies, and interfaith training. She has long been called to contemplative listening and sacred activism. She is married to Ray Barrows with whom she has 6 children and 10 grand children.
Qualifications / Certifications: MDiv, Andover Newton Theological School (ANTS); Certificate in pastoral care and spirituality from ANTS; Certificate in interfaith spiritual direction from Silver Dove Institute; M.S Special Education; B.A. Education; 20 year career in education.
