Writing Personal Essay and Memoir as a Spiritual Practice
REV. CAMILLA SANDERSON & REV. CAROL LACHANCE
Come sit in circle and enjoy writing as a spiritual practice. Utilizing the spiritual concept from The Bhagavad Gita of observing your humanity from your divinity, and with reference to Vivian Gornick's The Situation and the Story, come practice witness consciousness as you excavate stories from the situation of your life. By utilizing the Principles of Holding a Circle (which will be shared in our first class), a safe space will be created for both peer and teacher feedback.
This class is for anyone interested in kick-starting their creative flow in writing as a spiritual practice
