Interfaith in our Neighborhood
It's been a bit of time since we were able to visit with our Hindu neighbors. We look forward to future interfaith visits.
Time at the Hindu Temple in Nashua New Hampshire
|
Saturday, January 4th 2020, a wonderful group of us, from as far away as Jaffery and Concord, NH, gathered at the Hindu Temple of Nashua. Upon our arrival, we received a delightful and enlightening presentation by Temple representative and Sanskrit teacher, Mr.Sam Mohan, followed by questions and impromptu discussion. We were then given a tour of their beautiful Temple which invited us into an even deeper appreciation of our Hindu brothers' and sisters' faith tradition. I'd like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to both Mr. Sam Mohan and to Chithra Balaji, our interfaith representative, for all their efforts in making this opportunity so welcoming and informative. |
