SEVA (Service Project) 9 week Free Yoga with Carol Gaudreau
Hello, This is a special invitation to take part in a free yoga class with me Carol Gaudreau via zoom. This class will be accessible for all levels and will include a chair. The class will be a combination of Kripalu Yoga/Chair Yoga/Kundalini Yoga, again it is accessible for all levels including beginners. We will practice calming breathing techniques, stretching, meditation & yoga postures with modifications for those in need with about a 7-10 minute relaxation/meditation at the end of the session. You will need a chair, a mat if you have one, if not there are things you can use in substitution and a small area in your home should be suffice. Please allow to sign in to zoom meeting about 5-7 minutes before the start so that we may start on time. To participate please click here to download the Waiver. About Carol Gaudreau
Carol Gaudreau E-RYT, RYT, KYT Carol Gaudreau, Founder of Peaceful Journeys Yoga, Meditation & Massage Centre, has 21 years of focused study practicing, teaching, learning yoga and yoga philosophy. A certified teacher in Kripalu Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Level I Circus Yoga. Certification as a Spiritual Mentor and a Certified graduate of New Hampshire Institute of Therapeutic Arts, Licensed Massage Therapist January 2013, Thai Yoga Bodywork (Level I & II). Carol’s yoga studies have included Sanskrit Mantra, Spiritual Studies and an 8-month certificate program on the Bhagavad Gita; Hindu Philosophy, specifically of the Vedic Culture of India, Upanishads, MahaBharata, and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Her practice experiences have been in the Kripalu, Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram, Vinyasa, Anusara, and Kundalini traditions. Carol also holds a BFA degree in Photography from the New Hampshire Institute of Art; her final thesis exhibition was a dramatic ‘mixed media’ evocation of humanity, portraying the innate cultural unity of consciousness and existence within the diversity of our human form and species. “As a teacher/guide, I have particularly focused my training and teaching to accommodate my students needs in proper alignment and their own unique experience.
