The Lord's Prayer in Aramaic - Online
REV. DR. STEPHANIE RUTT Using my book, Living Prayer of Jesus: A Study of the Lord's Prayer in Aramaic, participants will learn a line of the prayer each week in Aramaic and will be invited to share thoughts and reflections from the reading. In addition, participants will be encouraged to take the prayer, line by line, into a daily practice in order to experience the full impact of this well-known prayer in Aramaic. By the end of the course, participants will be able to recite the prayer in Aramaic and will understand the expanded meanings emerging from the prayer through the experience of the Aramaic language. |

Taking Dr. Rev. Stephanie Rutt’s “The Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic” course via Zoom, was beyond my expectations. I came out of this experience transformed and enlightened. Her book, “Living The Prayer of Jesus: A Study of the Lord’s Prayer in Aramaic” that I used for the class was extremely helpful. Also, I found the weekly class exercises or assignments to share in our gatherings to be one of my favorite things to do. The prayer, journaling and reflections has been a true blessing in my daily spiritual practice. I recommend taking this course in person or via her online platform.
