The Healing and Empowerment of Women

​Come and join the girls and women in the Gospels who were touched by the person of Jesus. Like us, they sought healing, forgiveness, validation and recognition from Jesus and these metaphorical stories show us the deep love and healing they received in their encounters with him.

​Program Objectives and Outcome: This class will invite women to identify with the women portrayed in the Gospels who were touched and healed by Jesus. How can we learn to let go of childhood wounds, ask for what we need, recognize the Beloved when he stands in front of us, and show our love and gratitude for the One we love most.
Prerequisites: An open mind and heart.

​Who will this program benefit?: ​All those seeking to grow closer to the God of their understanding. You do not need to be Christian to benefit from the stories of women who met Jesus.

About the presenter: Carol is an interfaith minister, a retired teacher of gifted and talented students and a wife, mother and grandmother. She has long been touched and healed through her spiritual relationships with the women in the Gospels.
​Qualifications / Certifications: M.Ed, Curriculum and Instruction (Education); Former Director of the Tree of Life Interfaith Seminary (2018 - 2021); Workshop and Retreat Leader since mid 80s.
