Gentle Yoga to Nourish the Body, Mind, and Soul
REV. CHRISTY SPERRAZZA
Is your your mind craving peace and stillness? Is your body calling for deep breathing and gentle movement? Is your soul desiring attention and connection? Welcome to Gentle Kripalu Yoga where together we will slow down, relax, and listen to these quiet places within. The body, mind, and soul may not speak through language, nevertheless, they are speaking to us every day. In this yoga class, you will have the opportunity to go inside and hone your “listening” skills. Each class will be like a mini yoga retreat where you will be invited to fully relax into gentle movements and breath. We will explore the parasympathetic nervous system where true healing and regeneration take place. At the end of the ten weeks, you will have acquired exceptional tools that can be utilized throughout your life's journey. No experience required.
Please bring a yoga mat,
