Our Relationship with Food
REV. DEBORAH CORT
We all have a relationship with food. What's yours? Is it pleasant and satisfying? Or is it painful and destructive? Or perhaps you're simply confused about food.
In this overview to our relationship with food, we will explore food by looking at our choices and those made for us by the food industry; unlock the mystery surrounding how our bodies interact with the food we eat and from a physical and mental/emotional perspective; and why we eat what we eat.
Your relationship with food is one of the more important and longest relationships you will ever have - let's make it a loving one.
