In this 4 week course we will explore making quick, tasty and inexpensive meals that will amaze and delight your loved ones. We’ll begin with a discussion on the power of healthy eating. Over the 4 weeks you will amass a number of great recipes that will help as you begin your journey to healthful eating. |

Dottie Fong has had a lifelong interest in health and nutrition. Becoming a vegetarian in 1974 has led her on a great adventure learning how nutrition is an important ally in health and healing. But not until faced with an auto-immune disease, was she finally able to put these concepts to work in her own healing and is now eager to share this knowledge with her community.
